Blooms Learn About Nocturnal Animals

This week we have been learning about nocturnal and diurnal animals, we know that nocturnal animals are awake at night and diurnal animals are awake in the day. Our story this week was Zoe’s Babies by Martin Waddell.
We looked at videos of owls and described what they look like, where they live and what they eat. Also this week we have been singing lots of different nursery rhymes for Nursery rhyme week, we have enjoyed sharing our favourite nursery rhymes with our friends.
On Friday it was Children in Need, some of us dressed up in spots or yellow and we discussed why this day is important to help Children in Need. We have had a week full of fun and learning.
